NIWASA

NIWASA is a digital product of Market Edge Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

NIWASA maintains a separate Privacy Policy governing personal data collected and processed through the NIWASA mobile application, NIWASA website and landing pages, NIWASA-related pages hosted or made available through Market Edge Solutions websites, associated digital services and related communications.

Where you access or use NIWASA, the NIWASA Privacy Policy applies to that processing.

This separation reflects the different categories of personal data and processing activities associated with the Market Edge Solutions corporate website and the NIWASA platform.

The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us.

We currently use Basin to facilitate submissions made through the Market Edge Solutions Contact Us form.

• spam prevention;
• submission processing; and
• delivery of the enquiry to Market Edge Solutions.

Business enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to our corporate email environment.

Market Edge Solutions uses Microsoft 365 for corporate email and related communications.

Our technology providers may process or store information outside Sri Lanka depending on their infrastructure and service arrangements. At present, we do not provide public CV-upload functionality through the Market Edge Solutions corporate website.

Information submitted for recruitment purposes may be used to:

For clarity, retention arrangements applicable specifically to NIWASA accounts and account deletion are governed by the NIWASA Privacy Policy and related NIWASA terms and are not governed by this corporate website retention provision.
